The Story of Cisco
Cisco became the newest member of our family in July, 2000. He was five months old at the time. A natural-born con artist, he used his adorable charm to make my dad his "slave". My father (who never shares his glass with anyone!) now allows Cisco to drink out of his cup, and even feeds Cisco with his fork!!! This little bird has pretty much taken charge of our family with his cute antics and sweet disposition. Just one little peep and he has you under his finger --- er, talon.

Its a Bird! Its a plane! No! Its a Parakeet!!!
Cisco has no enemies except one: our pet parakeet, Mr. Chirps. Seeing as how Mr. Chirps was the "head-haunco" of the household until Cisco showed up, Chirps is a bit bitter towards the large invader of "his" territory.
It is a well-known fact that, despite their small size, these lil' parakeets can be down-right mean! Picture a tiny chihuahua yipping at a Great Dane... well, that's Cisco and Chirps. Because Cisco's wings are clipped, and Chirps' aren't, that ornery lil' parakeet dive-bombs Cisco constantly, while Cisco runs for cover.
Most of the time they find it easy to get along, and Cisco will call Chirps to come out and play. Sometimes they look like they're "kissing", personally I think its a bird version of a duel.
